Overview: This app contains a workout schedule for execution at 42 days – only 6 weeks, no shortcuts – called Six Weider aerobics (six Weider aerobics).

The AB exercise Day has 6 exercises to do every day to get a perfect 6pack.

Forget about anti-push, sit, pull up, squat, etc. No need to come to the gym. You can do this 6-zone belly workout at home.

The Text-to-Speech tool is used during a 6-Zone workout.

High quality sounds (such as HQONA Text-to-Speech HQ or SVOX) are available in the download market to use custom sounds.

The application should not be used as a personal trainer. Before you start exercising, ask your fitness instructor how you should do each exercise.

If you have obesity problems you may not see the results of this exercise (flat belly).

This exercise is not designed to reduce belly fat to get a flat abdominal/abdominal muscle. If you want to burn fat in your body, use Caynax HIIT application which provides support for fitness exercises like Tabata and Fartlek.
